We were delighted to celebrate with our Pre and Lower Prep Superstars this morning. Each month we look for girls who consistently demonstrate a positive attitude to aspects of school life – in essence those Moho girls! We celebrated a whole range of achievements this morning from an incredible 3-page extended story written completely independently by a Reception pupil to positive attitudes to learning in reading and excellent presentation from girls in Year 1. We had some outstanding project work shared by three Year 2 girls, who had been set the optional homework task of researching and presenting their ideas about explorers (it was great to see the world’s first female explorer featured). In Key Stage 2 we celebrated pupils who settle quickly to their learning and help those around them; new pupils and short stay pupils who have slotted into the school incredibly quickly and who brighten our classrooms with their enthusiastic attitude and bright smiles; independent research into World War 1 words, resilience in maths and working hard to develop organisational skills. We were very proud of all our Superstars and enjoyed the opportunity to congratulate them for their contributions to school life.
