Year 11 at High & Over

On Tuesday 29 September the Year 11 Geography class went on a trip to look at various coastal features, coastal management and chalk and clay landscapes in order to support the work they had completed in the classroom. We started off in Seaford and saw headlands and bays, cliffs, an arch and soft and hard coastal protection. At High And Over the students were able to observe classic chalk and clay landscapes. Our next stop was the River Cuckmere where we discussed managed retreat.
