Our U11 and U10 Hockey teams both played fantastic matches against Burgess Hill School this week. Our U11s won their match by 2 – 1, with great goals from Amelia Devlin and Cheyenna Beale. Chloe controlled the centre of the pitch and Macy Jupp was awarded player of the match by the opposition. The U10s lost their game by 3 – 1 – Sasha Baldwin was our scorer and she was also awarded player of the match for her effective and tireless play in the centre. Well done to both teams for their excellent hockey!

Or U13 Hockey teams played two great games against Mayfield. Both teams held off Mayfield beautifully in the first half with a 0 – 0 score. Sadly the pressure and pace of the game got the better of the girls and they ended up losing 3 – 0 and 3 – 1. Great job girls, especially Lana Harffey-Burkhill who made some great runs and brilliant passes. The U18 Senior Netball squad played a challenging game against Hurst in the U19 Knockout cup. Playing the former National Schools Champions, the girls held their own in the first quarter but unfortunately could not keep up with the pace of the Hurst players. Well done to all, especially Frankie Head, Annie Smith, and Lauren Davison who worked as a stellar team within the circle and mid-court.
