The Boarders were treated to a fantastic tapas evening at the weekend by our wonderful catering team. The girls had a great time and plenty of delicious food including: Baked flat mushrooms filled with manchago and breadcrumbs, Patatas Bravas (spiced fried potatoes in a rich tomato sauce), Pan fried squid strips with a sweet chilli dipping sauce served with fresh lime wedges, Kalamata olives with chilli garlic and oregano, Spanish Churros tossed in cinnamon, Grilled fresh plums with mascarpone and cinnamon shortbread.
