This Monday saw the first ever CrossFit competition at Moira House School. 3 teams from Moira House and 2 teams from Bedes competed in 3 workouts over the course of 2 hours. The workouts were challenging and consisted of bodyweight movements, rowing, kettlebells, and running. The girls were outstanding, showing that all of their fitness training over the year has paid off. They placed first overall with 2 wins and 1 second place finish. The exciting new “sport of fitness” is taking secondary schools in the UK by storm, and Moira House is at the forefront of this exciting endeavour
