Year 8 student, Isabelle, will be starring in new film, Extremis, a thriller being filmed in Huddersfield. Isabelle has previously starred in the 2012 film adaptation of Les Misérables and will be starring in Extremis alongside David O’Hara (from Luther, Braveheart and The Departed).

Extremis is a new psychological thriller which centres on a business executive who returns home to his family for the weekend. Within hours of returning, an event occurs which changes the world around them. He is torn between believing whether this new world really exists, and whether it has come from within him as he fights to save his daughter (played by Isabelle).

The film is being produced by Julian and Lionel Hicks, who have teamed up with award winning director Steve Stone. Stone was the writer and director of Entity, which was an award winner at the London Independent Film Festival in 2013.

Since playing young Cosette in Les Misérables, Isabelle has been involved in seven film projects including the part of Guin in the TV film of Guin and the Dragon, Cassandra in the sci-fi thriller film Let’s Be Evil, which is due to be released later this year, and Elizabeth in Jacqueline Wilson’s Hetty Feather.
