Outstanding 2012 A Level Results

Our girls have achieved yet another exceptional set of results at A Level.

The overall pass rate was an impressive 94.5%, with an amazing 68.5% of students achieving A*-B grades at A Level, and 81.5% achieving A*-C grades.

We must congratulate the following girls who all achieved at least 3 A’s at A Level: Emma Denny, Emma Foddy, Lianne Li, Aileen Liu, Gloria Mi, Traci Ng, Yi Qiu, Rebecca Triggs, Emma Turton, Jezreel Yau, Coco Zhou.

The following students all achieved at least 2 A or A* grades: Tara Baxter, Sophie Buckle, Jessica Folwell, Polly Jordan, Kateryna Lyplyava, Gabrielle Woodbridge, Binbin Zhang, Lilan Zhang, Yating Zhang.

Principal, Mrs Lesley Watson, was delighted for the girls: “These truly are excellent and well deserved results. I offer my congratulations to all our students on their tremendous success and hard work. They have also had significant support from our staff, to whom I am grateful. We are very proud of our girls and wish them every success in their future. We are delighted to see so many of our girls being able to follow their chosen university or career route.

Excellent GCSE Exam Results

There were plenty of smiling faces today as our girls collected their GCSE results.

Continuing on from last week’s outstanding A-Level results,our GCSE pupils also did themselves proud. 29.1% achieved A*, 47.4% A* or A, with 84.6% achieving A* to C grades.

Top performers who all achieved at least 9 A or A* grades included: Kirsty Brown, Jessica Head, Riya Nambiar, Stephanie Rambaut, Jialin Weng, and Mollie Witham. Special congratulations to Hina Inayat who was awarded 10 A* grades.
