Great importance is placed on pastoral care, every girl is very much an individual and close communication between staff, parents and girls is encouraged.

Boarders say that the best thing about boarding is their friends. Living and working in close proximity to others helps to develop friendships that last a lifetime. Families are freed from some of the mundane issues that can hamper family life and closer family relationships may follow.

Boarders do not ‘lose’ time in traveling to and from school.
