Name: Annette Lee
Daughter: Alex (Year 12)

I am not a first time parent as my older daughter Josie also attended the sixth form and just left this summer. I think it is an exciting time for the school joining with Roedean, which I am confident will bring many benefits and improvements for the girls.

I am pleased that the family atmosphere is not being lost, as that is one of the great attributes of the school. Roedean Moira House appealed to me as a parent because it is an all girls school with small class sizes and it is a homely family environment. I like the way other activities are incorporated into the timetable.

Communication with parents is very good too. (I did enjoy the Biology lesson which the new Head Teacher, Mr Wood, gave to parents!) It was my daughter’s choice to come here for sixth form, and we are pleased that she is happy here.
