Our very experienced Chefs and catering team work hard to provide us with an excellent dining experience. The department prides itself in providing a healthy, balanced range of food across the week using fresh local produce. Girls with particular dietary needs are catered for on an individual basis and the Chef Manager holds regular meetings with the management and student council to discuss provision.
At weekends themed evenings are regularly held to provide a variety that reflects the tastes of our boarders.
The team cater for many special events throughout the year including welcome parties, House Christmas parties, Christmas Dinner, formal Sixth Form Dinner and summer barbecues.
Menus are created termly on a 5 week rotation to incorporate the seasons and the fresh produce available locally and nationally.
